Khaleda meets alliance leaders

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has met the leaders of the constituents of the 20-party alliance to discuss strategies for their anti-government movement. However, neither what was discussed nor the decisions taken at the meeting were disclosed to reporters after it ended. The meeting took place at Khaleda’s Gulshan office on Saturday night. Earlier, the BNP chief had held meetings with leaders of different levels of her party after declaring that she would announce fresh agitations to press for elections under a nonparty and neutral administration, according to a news agency.
