Khaleda mourns death of Tabligh ameer

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Tuesday expressed profound shock at the death of Tabligh Jamaat’s Delhi chapter ameer Maulana Jubayerul Hassan. In a condolence message, Khaleda said the Muslim Ummah will ever remember the messages of Islamic ideals preached by Maulana Jubayerul Hassan, a renowned Islamic scholar and Alem of the subcontinent. The world community, including the subcontinent, has lost a pious man at his death. “The vacuum created through his death will not easily be fulfilled.” The former prime minister prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and expressed her deep sympathy to the bereaved family members, well-wishers disciples and members of the Tabligh Jamaat both at home and abroad, according to a news agency.
