Khaleda sits with BNP policymakers at 8:30pm

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has convened a meeting of the party's National Standing Committee on Wednesday. The meeting will be held at the chairperson's Gulshan office at 8.30pm, said BNP's Deputy Office Secretary Abdul Latif Jony. The committee will discuss the country’s latest political situation and organisational matters. Khaleda Zia made the move a day after the party’s acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir was released from jail. The last standing committee meeting was held on March 9, according to bdnews24.com.
