Khaleda sits with her advisers

BNP Chairperson Kahleda Zia sat in a meeting with her advisory council members on Monday night to discuss the latest political and economic situation in the country and work out the party’s next course of action. BNP acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and 25 members of the BNP Chairperson’s Advisory Council attended the meeting, held at Khaleda Zia’s political office at Gulshan in the city. The meeting began at 8:50pm and ended around 10pm. The BNP chief last sat with the advisory council members nearly 18 months ago, according to a news agency.
