Khaleda to address 20-party rally in Kishoreganj Wednesday

KISHOREGANJ: The BNP-led 20-party alliance is all set to hold a public rally in the district town to be addressed by BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia Wednesday.
The local unit of the 20-party alliance is going to arrange the rally as part of its fresh countrywide mass campaign to force the current administration to quit and arrange a fresh inclusive election, said BNP chairperson’s adviser Dr Osman Farroque.
Addressing a press briefing at the local press club, he said the rally will be held at Gurudayal Govt. College ground in the afternoon.
Osman said they have completed all the necessary preparations for making the rally a success with the participation of lakhs of people.
The Kishoreganj town wore a festive look as its central points have been decorated with colourful banners, posters, festoons and placards, local BNP leaders said, according to a press release.
