Khaleda visits Piash Karim\\\'s residence

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has visited the house of Dr Piash Karim who died at a city hospital on Monday. Khaleda went to the deceased’s Dhanmondi residence around 10pm on Monday and stayed there for nearly half an hour. She talked to Piash Karim’s bereaved family members and consoled them. Senior BNP leaders, including BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Shamsher Mobin Chowdhury and Selima Rahman, accompanied Khaleda during the visit, according to a news agency.
