Khaleda\\\'s behaviour with Modi disgraceful: Inu

Sunday, 14 June 2015

KUSHTIA, June 13 (BSS): Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu said on Saturday that all accords with India which were signed during the recent visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi were public documents and that the Indian premier had talked to everybody.
On the contrary, Khaleda is said to have pleaded and complained to Mr Modi. This kind of behaviour with the prime minister of a friendly country is unbecoming of a former prime minister of Bangladesh, said Inu while talking to local journalists at the Circuit House here.
Responding to a question about the possibility of a mid-term poll the minister said: "As a government we are thinking about all elections but no general election is on our agenda. Rather, we are thinking how to protect people from arson and violence by taking up the case of Khaleda Zia and other perpetrators of violence."
He further said: "Those who are thinking of the January 5 elections do not believe in the war of ballots, they believe in war by fire. They have to make up their minds whether they will go for violence or ballot."
