Khaleda\\\'s leave to appeal hearing on

Hearing on the leave to appeal filed by BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia against the High Court (HC) order in connection with Zia Orphanage Trust graft case, continued for the third consecutive day, Wednesday at the Appellate Division (AD) of the Supreme Court (SC), reports BSS.
The five-member bench of the AD headed by Chief Justice Md Muzammel Hossain stayed the hearing until today (Thursday).
Attorney General Mahbubey Alam moved on behalf of the state and Advocate Khurshid Alam Khan for the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) while Advocate Joynul Abedin and AJ Mohammad Ali for Khaleda Zia.
