Khorshed new president, Jamilur secretary of BCCCI

Mohd Khorshed Alam has been elected President and Jamilur Rahman Secretary General of the Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCCI) for the 2025-2027 term, reports BSS.
BCCCI Election Board Chairman Md Sayed Ali announced the names of the 24 newly-elected Executive Committee (EC) members on October 08.
The charge-handover ceremony was held at the BCCCI office in the capital's Gulshan area on Saturday, according to a press release.
The event was presided over by Mst. Nargis Murshida, Administrator of BCCCI and Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce. Most of the newly elected EC members were present on the occasion.
At the ceremony, Nargis Murshida formally handed over the charge of the chamber to the newly elected President Mohd Khorshed Alam and praised his contributions during the chamber's challenging period that led to the election.
As there was no contesting panel or individual candidate, all officials were elected uncontested. The bi-annual election was conducted under the supervision of Administrator Nargis Murshida.
The newly-elected Executive Committee members are: Mohd Khorshed Alam, Managing Director, Intimate International Ltd (Little Group) as President; Han Jingchao, Managing Director, China Goldview Resource Co Ltd, Senior Vice Presiden; AZM Azizur Rahman, Chairman, Investors Services Co Ltd (Senior Vice President); Birg Gen G. M. Quamrul Islam SPP, (Rtd.) Senior Vice President; Mohammad Hafizur Rahman Khan, Managing Director, Univentures Ltd. Vice President; Chao Chongchong, Managing Director, Huisida International BD Ltd. Vice President; Khandaker Atiqur Rahman, Managing Director, ARK Consultant & Engineering Ltd. Vice President; Mohammad Masud Ali Khan, Proprietor, M3 International Vice President; Jamilur Rahman, Managing Director, Extol (Bangladesh) Ltd, Secretary General.
