Khulna people to bring out procession May 11

KHULNA, May 9 (BSS): Khulna district administration will bring out a grand procession on May 11 in the city to hail Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for taking decision for the construction of airport at Rampal upazila in Bagerhat involving a cost of Tk 5.45 billion (545 crore) and the passage of the Land Boundary Agreement (LBA) Bill in the Indian Parliament (Lokshova) on Thursday.
The procession will start around 9.00 am from Shaheed Hadith Park in the city.
The decision was taken today at a meeting of 'Rally Implementation Coordination Committee' held at the conference room of Khulna Circuit House with Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Deepankor Biswas in the chair.
The meeting also requested all government, non-government officials, political parties, NGOs, employees of all offices and teachers and students of all educational institutions to attend the procession.
