Kohinoor Chemical approves 30pc dividend

The 21th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Kohinoor Chemical Company (BD) Ltd was held in the city Thursday, says a press release.
Director of the company Md Ebadul Karim presided over the meeting. Managing Director of the company Md Rezaul Karim was also present in the meeting.
The AGM approved 30 per cent dividend for the shareholders for the year 2007-2008.
