Kohinoor Chemical Company holds 38th AGM

The 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kohinoor Chemical Company (BD) Limited was held on a digital platform on Sunday. The shareholders of the company approved a 65 per cent cash dividend and 10 per cent stock dividend for the financial year ended on June 30, 2025. Kohinoor Chemical Company Managing Director Md Rezaul Karim, Director Md Ebadul Karim, Independent Director Prof Dr Anwar Hossain, Independent Director Quazi Mamun-Ul-Asraf, Company Secretary Md Kamruzzaman and Chief Financial Officer Mohd. Shamim Kabir attended the meeting.
