Kohinoor 'gawa ghee' launched in Ctg

CHITTAGONG, Aug 13: Kohinoor and Mamun Company, a local manufacturer, Wednesday launched Kohinoor special gawa ghee in the local market ahead of the holy Ramadan.
This was announced in a launching ceremony while Industries Minister Dilip Barua inaugurated the factory of Kohinoor special gawa ghee in Khulsi area in the city Wednesday evening.
On the occasion the minister warned of tough actions against producers and sellers of adulterated food products.
"Those who will manufacture quality food items will get all cooperation from the government. But those who will manufacture adulterated consumer goods and will not ensure proper weight will be severely dealt with," the minister said.
