Krishi Bank reviews Ctg branches' performance

Bangladesh Krishi Bank's (BKB) Chittagong Division held a performance review meeting at Chittagong Club recently.
BKB Managing Director Mukter Hussain was present as the chief guest of the programme, said a press release.
The bank's General Manager (Chittagong Division) Md Nurul Amin presided over the meeting.
All regional managers of BKB's Chittagong Division and all branch managers of Chittagong Region participated in the meeting.
DGM (BCBD Department) ATM Anisur Rahman and Divisional Audit Officer Mohammad Awal Khan also attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the performance of the bank branches during the first quarter of the financial year 2008-09 and emphasised achieving all the business targets in the remaining period of the current financial year.
The chief guest called upon the branch managers to contribute towards strengthening the financial base of the country's agricultural economy by delivering loans to the core sectors like crop, fisheries and livestock.
