KSE to consolidate its trading system on Oracle technology

KARACHI, Jan 14 (Business Recorder): During second quarter of fiscal year 2010, organisations across key industries in Asia Pacific continued to adopt or expand implementations of Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management and Oracle Business Intelligence, and Oracle Applications for their strategic company-wide business systems.
"Important new customer wins in this quarter include customers like the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), among others, which consolidated its trading system on Oracle technology," said Steve Au Yeung, Senior Vice President, Oracle Asia Pacific.
"This quarter, APAC customers also adopted the Oracle at the rate of Exadata Database Machine Version-2, such as Bayer Singapore, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Fuji Xerox Taiwan, Haier China and the Philippine Savings Bank."
