Lakshmipur Jubo Dal activist shot dead

A local activist of Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal, youth front of the BNP, was shot dead by unknown miscreants at Lakshmipur Sadar upazila on Saturday. The dead is Kamal Hossain Babul, an activist of Bashikpur union unit of Jubo Dal and son of Sayed Ahmed, a resident of Kashipur village in the upazila. Police, quoting locals, said a gang of miscreants called Kamal out of the house at dead of night. The criminals took him to Baralia village and shot him to death. Later they dumped the body near his house, according to UNB.
