Iconic car manufacturer Land Rover is planning to introduce its new celebrated model Discovery 4 in Bangladesh's market, a top company official said Wednesday.
"A wider launch will be held over the coming months," said Tom Hardyment, business Development manager of Guava International UK and Land Rover's distributor for Bangladesh.
A mid-size SUV, the brand car, launched in 1989, has become an iconic brand around the world.
"As a sports utility vehicle the Discovery 4 model combines the ruggedness and off road capability of the original Land Rover, with the comfort of the Range Rover," said Mr Hardyment, who is currently in Dhaka, according to a British High Commission statement.
