LankaBangla Finance approves 12pc dividend

The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of LankaBangla Finance Limited was held on Monday by using digital platform. Chairman of the company Mohammad A. Moyeen, presided over the meeting and welcomed the shareholders who joined the AGM. The shareholders have approved the Audited Financial Statements of the company for the year ended December 31, 2019 and 7.0 per cent cash dividend and 5.0 per cent bonus share. Managing Director & CEO Khwaja Shahriar discussed the performance of the company and replied the queries of the shareholders.
