The 53rd meeting of the board of directors of LankaBangla Finance Ltd was held at its Banani office in the city recently.
Chairman of the company's board of directors Mohammad A Moyeen presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Managing Director Mafizuddin Sarkar attended the meeting and spoke on the occasion.
Directors of the company Anil Amarasuriya, Farman R Chowdhury, Mahbubul Anam, BW Kundanmal and Hesham-Al Warraq, among others, were present on the occasion.
The board reviewed the operational activities of the company during the last 10 months of 2007 and expressed satisfaction at its business performance.
