LankaBangla signs corporate deal with Screen Line

LankaBangla Finance Ltd signed a corporate finance agreement with Screen Line (Pvt) Ltd, a sister concern of Screen Line Group of Sri Lanka, to provide corporate advisory services to the latter.
Managing Director (MD) of LankaBangla Finance Ltd Mafizuddin Sarker and Chairman of Screen Line Ltd. Carlo Thumbawila signed the deal on behalf of their respective companies. Among others, Managing Director of Screen Line (Pvt) Ltd. Nishantha Kumara, its General Manager (Business Promotion) Andrew Soyza, Vice-President of LankaBangla Finance Ltd. AKM Kamruzzaman and its Assistant Vice-President Md Shoaib were present on the occasion.
LankaBangla has recently launched its corporate finance department to extend corporate finance services like syndication of lease/loan, corporate advisory and secretarial services, financial structuring and re-structuring services, and advisory services to merger and acquisition etc.
