Lara Dutta gives 'Midas' touch to 'Festival of Gold'

NEW DELHI, Sep 24: 'Festival of Gold' got a 'Midas' touch when Bollywood actress and former Miss Universe Lara Dutta mesmerised people with her presence at a jewellery exhibition.
Bollywood actress Lara Dutta inaugurated 25th edition of MMTC's Festival of Gold in the Capital yesterday and also interacted with mediapersons.
Talking about Diwali celebrations, she said, ''It is a festival which one celebrates with family, but last year I was shooting in Singapore for movie 'Do Knot Disturb'.
''This year I'll be spending time with my family and close ones, she added.'' Lara Dutta's upcoming movies are 'Do Knot Disturb' and 'Blue'. In 'Blue' the former Miss Universe's has done spectacular underwater scenes which has already created waves.Referring to it, she said ''I had to do lots of swimming for this film.''The movie stars Akshay Kumar and Sanjay Dutt.
Jewellery exhibition, Festival of Gold, 2009, which started on September 22, will continue till October 1.
The exhibition which is organised by MMTC, is in association with World Gold Council and Shuddhi Jewlels-a MMTC and Gitanjali JV. — Internet
