Largest Eid congregation to be held at Sholakia Eidgah

KISHOREGANJ, Sept 29 (UNB): Like in the previous years, the country's largest Eid congregation will be held at historic Sholakia Eidgah here.
The organisers have already completed all necessary preparations for the smooth holding of the congregation.
Arches have been set up and colourful flags and banners hung on both sides of road at different places on the eve of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr.
Eminent Islamic thinker Mufti Maulana Abul Khair Mohammad Saifullah is likely to conduct the Eid prayers to be held at 10:00 am.
Meanwhile, devotees from across the country started arriving here to attend the congregation.
The Eid prayers at Nurani Jam-e Mosque in the city's Luxmi Bazar will be held at 8:300 am, said a press release.
