Law Minister Anisul Haq said on Saturday the government will enact a law for giving professional recognition of legal assistants very soon, reports UNB.
'It is essential to give acknowledgement to the legal assistants for getting rid of fraud people from the legal profession," he said while speaking as the chief guest at the 4th conference of Bangladesh Ainjibi Sohokari Samity on the Supreme Court campus.
The minister also noted that if the roles of legal assistants are acknowledged formally, it will be easier to remove irregularity from the profession.
