Learning creative writing during school days

There is no denying that learning creative writing has its many benefits in life. One reaps the benefits of it during professional life. One who has never tried creative writing in school days face difficulty in every stage of life.
In our education system, unfortunately, students can skip creative writing. Since their childhood, they rely on notes prepared by their home-tutors or school teachers, or note-books available in the market. All these make them crippled for the whole life.
Students must know how to answer to any question on their own. They will have those answers checked by their teachers. If need be, they will rewrite the answers and go to their teachers again for being checked by them. Once the answers will get an acceptable form, they can be rest assured. In this way, they will develop confidence and can write even better.
Teachers always should encourage their students to write answers themselves. Maybe the language of their pupils will not be of that high standard, no problem. As teachers, primarily they should see whether their students have been able to write on their own and have been able to communicate. They should give more marks to them who have written on their own. They should give low marks to those who have borrowed language, i.e., who have written from notes written by their home tutors or available in the market. Of course at some later stage, teachers should emphasis students' capacity to beautify the language.
Students have the common perception that if their language is not standard, they will not get marks. The questions of the exams should be set in such a way that students are bound to read their text books again and again for in-depth understanding of them. At the same time, question papers should be unique every year to such an extent that one year's questions do not match with those of any previous years.
The schools will prepare students for responding to any kind of questions. The schools will realise that there is no alternative to developing creative writing skill by the students.
If teachers, students and guardians feel the necessity of developing creative writing, things will be easier. Coordinated efforts by all concerned will make an environment for writing on one's own. Note books or prepared notes will not be used any more. They will go to the museum. Students will find it interesting and exciting to make things in their own way. They will grow up confident for their professional life. They will be innovative and will be thinking independently.
Someone who has not learned creative writing in school days can still give it a try and develop it. They must write freely everyday as much as possible. That way they can overcome their short-comings and can think and write in an unique manner.
What can be more pleasant than producing something of one's own?
