Lekhak Parishad observes historic Six-Point Day in Rajshahi

RAJSHAHI, June 07 (BSS): Bangabandhu Janmoshatobarsho International Parishad and Rajshahi Lekhak Parishad jointly observed the Historic 'Six-Point Demand Day' paying tribute to the six-Point Demands martyrs in a befitting manner on Friday.
As part of the daylong programme, they hoisted the national flag amid national anthem and placed floral wreaths on the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the premises of Rajshahi Association building.
Subsequently, they opened the day's programmes through releasing balloons and festoons and brought out a rally followed by a cultural programme consisting of poetry recitation and songs.
