Lexco Limited, a 100 per cent export-oriented leather industry of the country, held its 27th annual general meeting (AGM) at its head office at Hazaribagh in the city Thursday with Abdul Mateen in the chair.
Managing Director of the company Harun-Or-Rashid told the meeting that the company had incurred a loss of Tk 21.58 million (215.78 lac) which resulted in increase of the accumulated loss.
Besides, payment of dividend from general reserve was not desirable. As such no dividend could be offered, he said.
