LGRD adviser off to New Delhi

Adviser for LGRD and Cooperatives M Anwarul Iqbal left here for New Delhi to attend the SAARC Home Ministers' Conference that began today (Tuesday), reports UNB.
A nine-member delegation led by M Anwarul Iqbal will attend the four-day conference.
The delegation members also includes Home Secretary M Abdul Karim, IGP Noor Mohammad, Joint Secretary (Political) of Home Ministry M Mujibur Rahman, Additional IGP (SB) Baharul Alam, Director General of Foreign Ministry (SAARC, ADC and BIMSTEC) Kazi Imtiaz Hossain, Deputy Secretary of Home Ministry (Political) Javed Ahmed and Director (SAARC Wing) M Riaz Hamidullah.
During his visit, the adviser is also scheduled to meet the Central Rural Development Minister and the Labour Minister of India.
