Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at a few places over Khulna, Dhaka, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi and Mymensingh divisions until 06:00 pm today (Friday), according to the Met Office.
Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the country during midnight to morning. Inland river transport may disrupt temporarily due to thick fog.
The highest temperature in the country on Thursday was recorded at 27.7 degrees Celsius in Teknaf of Cox's Bazar while the lowest temperature 10.4 degrees Celsius in Tentulia in Rangpur.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 26.4 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 17.8 degrees.
