Lightning kills 1 in Narsingdi

A man was killed and another injured in lightning strike at Ramnagar village at Raipura upazila at Narsingdi on Saturday evening. The dead is Asad Mia, 30, son of Siddique Mia of the village. Witnesses said Asad died on the spot and Kafiluddin sustained injuries as lightning struck them while working in a cropland at the village around 6:00pm. Kafiluddin was rushed to Raipura upazila health complex, according to UNB.
