FE Reportbr'LiveBean Contact Centre Academy of Excellence' started its commercial journey Saturday, said a press release.brIt began through a detailed workshop titled 'Ride the Next Wave' on call centre training and its future in Bangladesh' at Samarai Convention Centre in the morning and later, through a corporate launch evening at Dhaka Sheraton titled 'LiveBean Step into the Future'.brThe global outsourcing industry is expanding at a very rapid pace and Bangladesh is strategically located to better address the time zones and its demographic setup is quite similar to India. brBangladesh is set to exploit this phenomenon and by doing so it must focus on the key ingredient essentials for the success of this industry-skilled manpower.brThe speakers in the workshop were Ms. Pamela Trickey, founding partner, The Call Center School, Tennessee, USA, Mahesh Punia, CEO, LiveBean India, and Amit Sinha, executive director of Livebean, India. brThe participants in the event received certificates for taking part in the workshop.
