Local co to invest $2.56m in Ctg EPZ

Bangladeshi company M/s Sea Blue Accessories Industries Limited will set up a Packaging and Accessories Industry in Chittagong Export Processing Zone with an investment of US$ 2.56 million, reports UNB.
The 100 percent local owned company will produce items like carton, polythene bags, labels, gum tapes and hangers creating employment for 83 Bangladeshis and one foreign national.
An agreement to this effect was signed between the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority and M/s Sea Blue Accessories Industries Limited in BEPZA Complex here on Wednesday.
General Manager (Investment Promotion) of BEPZA and Managing Director of M/s Sea Blue Accessories Industries Limited have signed the lease agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
