Saturday, 29 August 2015
Last week the local currency remained stable against the greenback and it was traded around Tk 77.80 levels. Though the market had some payments but good inflows mitigated the pressure. We feel that market will see the same tone next week as well.

For non- commercial payments such as telegraphic transfer (TT) as donations, wage earners remittance, dollar drafts etc, the average TT buying rate was in the range of Tk 76.90-77.50 while average TT selling rate was at Tk 78.1760 on the last working day.
