Loko Bima of Meghna Life Ins earns Tk 670m as premium

Loko Bima of Meghna Life Insurance Company Ltd has earned Tk 670 million (Tk 67 crore) as premium in 2007.
This was disclosed at the year-end meeting of 2007 of Loko Bima held at its head office at Motijheel in the city recently, said a press release.
Chairman of the company Nizamuddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.
Directors of the company Col (retd) Shamsuddin Ahmed and MA Majid, Advisers Mujib-ud-Daula and Reazul Hakim, Senior Executive Director of Loko Bima Md Hemayet Ullah, senior executives, high officials and field officials were present as special guests on the occasion.
The meeting reviewed the overall business performance of Loko Bima in 2007 and expressed satisfaction at the premium earning during the period.
