Low pressure forms in north-west Bay of Bengal

A low pressure has been formed in the north-west Bay of Bengal and its adjacent areas Saturday morning, met office sources said, reports BSS.
The sources said, "We are watching further developments of the low pressure. Before forming, the low had cut down the rainfall in the country and caused the weather to get hot and humid.
But it may spur the monsoon, buoying the rains from today (Sunday), the sources said adding when the low intensifies further it brews into a depression, which helps rains.
