Low rate of success in JSC exam

Friday, 5 January 2018

AS students are considered future of the nation, every student has a right to proper education at school. It is a matter of grave concern that all children do not get the same facility in our country. In 2016, the success rate at JSC exam was higher than that of 2017. Most of the students failed in English and Maths in 2017 because of lack of good teachers in both subjects. The teachers ought to receive higher training to become more efficient. English and mathematics are vital for securing employment in later life.
Moreover, teachers at school level ought to have an honours degree and higher training in teaching. If this system is followed, we can have better teachers at school level and I hope every student can do much better in future.
