M Kamal elected chairman of Mercantile Ins

The 193rd meeting of the board of directors of Mercantile Insurance Company Limited was held recently on a digital platform, says a statement.
M Kamal Uddin was elected chairman of the board of directors for nine consecutive years in the meeting.
Md Nabiullah was re-elected Vice Chairman and Md Nurul Amin chairman of Executive Committee.
Md Shah Alam was re-elected chairman of the NRC and Independent Director and Nur Amin was elected chairman of the Audit Committee.
