Madaripur, Dinajpur road accidents kill three

A total of three persons were killed in separate road accidents in Madaripur and Dinajpur districts on Thursday, reports UNB.
In Madaripur, two people were killed and 10 others injured in a road accident in Melkai area of Dasar upazila in Madaripur district on Thursday afternoon.
According to eyewitnesses and police, a passenger bus of Imran Paribahan, traveling from Dhaka to Barishal, collided head-on with a BRTC bus coming from the opposite direction.
Two people died at the spot, but the identities of the deceased could not be confirmed immediately.
In Dinajpur, a schoolboy was killed and five others were injured when a bus hit a school van carrying students at Amtali Bridge area in Chirirbandar upazila of Dinajpur district on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Junayed, 6, a KG student of Amtali Molla School, and son of Md Jewel of Palashdangi village in the upazila.
