Madrasa student electrocuted in C\\\'nawabganj

A madrasa student died from electrocution at Rehaichar in Sadar municipality area of Chapainawabganj district on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Mizanur Rahman, 14, student of Sangkarbati Hifjul Madrasa, and son of Anwarul Islam, a resident of Haripur Dewan Para of the area. Golam Martuza, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station said Mizanur came in contact with a live electric wire while he was cutting leaves of a jackfruit tree in the area at about 7:00 am and died on the spot, according to a news agency.
