Maersk Bangladesh distributes relief goods

Maersk Bangladesh Ltd, a subsidiary of the AP Moller Maersk Group of Denmark, distributed relief goods to the flood victims in Bhatara Union under Badda Thana off the city as part of their corporate social responsibility.
They distributed the following goods packed in each of 1000 bags for 1000 families: 7 kgs of rice, 2 kgs potato, 1 kg lentil, 0.5 kg salt, 2 packets toast biscuits, 1 packet sweet biscuits, ORS 5 packets and water purification tablet 1 strip.
Maersk Bangladesh Ltd Managing Director and Country Manager Morten Moller Jensen and Preben Staghoej Hansen respectively were present during the programme.
Among other officials, Maersk Line General Manager Md Sazzadul Hasan and the local union parishad chairman also were present on the occasion.
