Mafizuddin joins Bangladesh Finance

Mafizuddin Sarker has joined as the Managing Director & CEO of Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Ltd. (BD Finance) recently.
Mr. Sarker is an MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka and possesses more than 35 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He has served as Managing Director & CEO of Lanka Bangla Finance Ltd and International Leasing & Financial Services Ltd.
He started his career with BSRS in 1976 and was General Manager of IDLC till 1998. He is former Chairman of Bangladesh Leasing & Finance Companies Association (BLFCA). He also represented Bangladesh in Asian Financial Services Association (AFSA) as its Vice President.
