Maizbhandari devotees hold big gathering in Ctg

A mammoth gathering of the Maizbhandari devotees was held on the Laldighi Maidan in Chittagong Wednesday.
Hundreds of devotees started arriving at the venue from Tuesday night to join the grand religious rally.
Speaking at the gathering, Peer of Maizbhander Sharif Shah Sufi Hazrat Moulana Sayed Muzibul Bashar Al-Hasani Al-Maizbhandari said the present Muslim world is plagued by differences which are resulting in unrest, quarrels and instability. The Muslims have to abstain from doing such non-Islamic activities to protect themselves against destruction. There is no alternative but to have faith in the last messenger of Allah to have close relation with the Almighty.
The gathering concluded with 'Akheri Munajat' led by the Maizbhandari Peer Sahib. During the 'Munajat', the devotees prayed to Allah for peace, progress and solidarity among the Muslim Ummah.
Among others, Chittagong City Corporation Mayor ABM Mohiuddin Ahmad Chowdhury, Principal Sayeed Ahmad Firooz Ahmad, Vice Principal Badsha Alam, Moulana Nizamul Hoque Bhuiyan, Abdul Ohab, Shayesta Khan Hazari and Keramat Ali Pirojpuri were present.
