Majedur elected JPC president

Majedur Rahman and Abdul Alim have been elected president and secretary general of Joypurhat (City) Press Club (JPC) respectively for a two-year term (2008-10), says a press release.
The election was held at Prithibi Complex in Joypurhat recently. An eight (8) member executive committee has been formed. Principal Shamsul Haque of Shahid Zia College presided over the function while Professor Aminur Rahman of MM Degree College conducted the election.
All members of the club attended the function.
