Malaysia's natural rubber production up 9.3pc

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 16 (Xinhua): Malaysia's natural rubber production recorded 97,717 tons in June this year, up 9.3 per cent from the previous month, according to the country's Statistics Department recently.
However, the country's natural rubber exports increased by 11.2 per cent to 81,069 tons in the month compared with the previous month, but dropped by 7.0 per cent compared with same month last year, the department said in a press release.
