Man commits suicide after killing wife

A housewife has been killed by her husband over family feud at Kasta village under Keshabpur Upazila in Jessore district. The victim Aklima Khatun is mother of a child and 2nd wife of Abdul Wahab of the same area. Police said Wahab chopped his wife Aklima with sharp weapons around 1:00am on Saturday over family matter, leaving her critically injured. Aklima died on her way to a local hospital. After hearing the death of Aklima, Wahab committed suicide by hanging himself with a date tree, according to a news agency.
