Man dies in Habiganj road mishap

HABIGANJ, Aug 24 (BSS): A man was killed as a truck crushed him in Olipur area under Shaistagnj upazila of the district on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Azad Mia, 25, a resident in Brahmanbaria district. He was a day-labour.
Local people said the accident occurred around 7 am at Olipur when Mia was going to his factory at Habiganj Industrial Park, leaving Mia dead on the spot.
Later, the body was sent to Habiganj Sadar Hospital.
Officer-in-Charge of Shaistaganj Thana Liakot Ali confirmed the incident.
