Man electrocuted, another injured

A man was electrocuted in Thanthania Hindupara in Bogra town on Tuesday evening. Another man was injured. The dead is Shamsu Pramanik, 50, a construction worker and son of Bachhu Pramanik of the same area. Locals said Shamsu came in contact with a live electric wire while working in an under-construction building and died on the spot. Another construction worker, Abdul Hannan, also came in contact with the power line and was seriously injured. He was hospitalised, according to UNB.
