Man held with fake notes

A man was arrested along with counterfeit currency notes from NCC Bank branch of Savar Sunday.The arrestee was identified as Kamrul Hasan, son of late Solaiman Khan of Panchkhola village in Sadar Upazila of Madaripur district.Police said Kamrul deposited 15 notes of Tk 1,000 denomination to his account.The bank cashier found 14 of the notes fake and he with the help of branch manager caught Kamrul and informed police. - UNB
