Man held with heroin in Sirajganj

SIRAJGANJ, August 28 (BSS): Police in a drive arrested an alleged drug peddler with 1,350 grams of heroin from Koddar Mour of the district in the early hours of Sunday.
The arrestee is Ohid Ali Nobin (32), hailed from Godagari upazila in Rajshahi district.
Superintendent of Police (SP) of Sirajganj district Md Arifur Rahman said this while speaking at a press conference at 12:00 noon.
On a tip-off, police stopped a private car in the area, close to the west side of Bangabandhu Setu, he said.
