Man killed in Narsingdi

NARSINGDI, Dec 18 (UNB): A middle-aged man was stabbed to death by miscreants at Sadharchar village under Shibpur Upazila Thursday.
The victim was identified as Abdul Mannan (55), of Chalana village under Polash Upazila.
The victim's family sources said Mannan was called out of his house on Thursday evening. Since then he remained missing.
Local people found the body of Mannan in a vegetable field on Friday and informed the police.
Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Police suspected that his rivals following a previous enmity killed Mannan. A case was filed.
