Man kills self strangling 3 sons in Savar

A man allegedly committed suicide after killing his three sons in Hemayetpur area Friday evening, according to a news agency.
The deceased were identified as Abu Sayeed, 42, and his three sons Rabiul, 8, Mostafa, 6, and Rahat, 4, of Joynabari village in the area.
Locals said Sayeed had been in feud with his wife over family matters for the last few days. They also engaged in a brawl over the issue Friday afternoon.
In a fit of anger, Sayeed strangulated his three sons to death around 6pm. Later, he swallowed poison.
On information, the police super of Dhaka and the officer-in-charge of Savar Police Station rushed to the spot.
